Search Engine Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a fluent Spanish/English speaking Search Engine Marketing Specialist to help with our search engine marketing efforts in domestic, and international markets.


  • Managing various PPC campaigns across all Search Engines (Google Adwords, MSN Ad center and other 2nd tier search engines)
  • Achieving a targeted ROI for all Ads spend on a daily basis
  • Training and directing the team to achieve their goals and targets
  • Strong in implementing Policies, Procedures
  • Develop new and eliminate underperforming PPC ad copy/Keywords
  • Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
  • Ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Ability to create and analyze the most effective landing pages and advising on possible improvements
  • Creating multiple adverts and split testing across multiple advert group Ad-Copy Testing, create Landing Page AB tests, testing different bidding approach and implement the best one (AB-Testing)
  • Optimization and bid management
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Coordinating and providing recommendations to Graphs/design team on landing pages creation.
  • Implement tools and technology that helps in supporting overall PPC efforts
  • Stay up to date with the newest trends, educate offshore team, and coordinate the implementation of the new features


  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing online customer acquisition / search marketing campaigns for a fast growing, entrepreneurial company that relies heavily upon E-Commerce for its Direct Response marketing activity.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Travel search marketing expertise is preferred
  • Understanding of the Travel (Flights, Hotels, car rentals…) products and their marketing tactics In-depth knowledge of Keywords and audience targeting
