Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing strategy for the company. The Ideal candidate will design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role requires an in depth knowledge of TekSavvy products and market goals. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.


  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and contact center. 
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for increasing B2C and B2B clients. 
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.  
  • Increase bookings and conversion rates.  
  • Managing the company website. Work with tech teams to make improvements to the desktop, mobile site and mobile app.  
  • Develop and manage social media strategy and manage campaigns for all social channels to drive low cost traffic.  
  • Manage and enhance loyalty program for new and existing B2B and B2C clients. 
  • Create and manage new subscription model to attain new business.  
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.  
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing  
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.  
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.​  


  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree  
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing within the ecommerce, travel industry preferred or High Tech industry.   
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.  
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.  
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.  
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.  
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications. 
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing. 
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. 
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business. 
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
