Team Leader- SEM

We are seeking for SEM Experts/Executives for Online Marketing; He/she will be responsible for creating strategies & SEM plan on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis .Fareportal offers a plethora of travel products such as Booking Engines for flight, cars, hotels, vacations, events and activities and mobile apps. We use the latest, cutting edge technologies to produce one of the fastest loading and high converting travel websites.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance out of assigned campaigns.
  • Achieve a targeted CPA for all Ads spend on a daily basis
  • Create Strategies & SEM plan on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Analyze account performance on daily/weekly/monthly level & ensure optimal campaign performance. Create SEM working plan, assign task and take full responsibility of assigned campaigns.
  •  Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and CPA
  •  Prepare exclusive management report and discuss the progress plan with Team about account changes, suggestions, working plan etc.
  •  Finding the most effective landing pages and advising on possible improvements
  • Creating multiple adverts and split testing across multiple advert group  Ad-Copy Testing (AB-Testing)
  •  Strong knowledge of Campaign Optimization and Bid management
  •  Preparation of management reports
  •  Managing BIG SEM Accounts, consisting of high number of keyword base and large amount of daily spending.
  •  Utilize other critical features like time scheduling, geo targeting, bulk uploading etc.
  •  Working on desktop tools like Adwords Editor, Adcenter Desktop etc.
  •  Communicate with Offshore Account Representatives/Agents for discussing accounts related  problems, opportunities, new features etc.
  •  Experience of US Based customer environment
  •  Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
  •  Good understanding of Quality Score, Ad Relevancy etc
  •  Good MS-Excel Skills
  •  Very Strong Analysis Skills

Qualifications:

Any graduate with 4+ years of Experience in Search Engine Marketing / SEM Management.

Desired Profile:

  • Building and handling SEM (Pay Per Click) Accounts (Including Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.)
  • Landing pages, Keywords Optimization and Bid management.
  • Ad-Copy Testing (AB-Testing)
  • Uploading 1000’s of keywords in various accounts.
  • Meeting daily budget spent target and Ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI.
  • Analyzing and sending daily report of various SEM accounts to US office.
  • Utilize other critical features like time scheduling, geo targeting, bulk uploading etc.
  • Working on desktop tools like Adwords Editor, Search Marketing Desktop, Adcenter Desktop.
  • Communicate with Offshore Account Representatives/Agents for discussing account related problems, opportunities, new features etc.
