Associate Director - Business Excellence

Fareportal is hiring a highly talented and motivated Associated Director – Business Excellence. This is a highly critical role responsible for identifying opportunities for revenue enhancements and cost savings and guide management how to deliver.

Job Description:

  • Lead the Global Business Process – Squad and ensure delivery of defined objectives/KPIs within defined timelines.
  • Ensure bringing Industry best practices and incorporate.
  • Ensure standardisation of processes across locations.
  • Drive automations to bring efficiencies and resource optimization.
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancements and cost savings and guide management how to deliver.
  • Updating Sr. Management on regular basis in a structured way on the progress.
  • Strengthening the controls awareness across the organization.
  • Preparation or advising Standard Operating procedures on various processes.
  • Creating Value Stream Map for the Company and drive continuous improvements.
  • Providing ad hoc advice and guidance to managers and staff at all levels, sometimes by delivering courses and training sessions.
  • Anticipating emerging issues through research and interviews and deciding how best to deal with them.
  • Providing support and guidance to management on how to handle new opportunities.
  • Agreeing recommendations with relevant staff members to make improvements to operations and helping to secure backing for them in meetings.
  • Managing a variety of stakeholders and their expectations through regular communications.
  • Undertaking special projects on need basis.

Educational and Work Experience:

  • Masters in any degree
  • Travel or other relevant Industry Background is must
  • Lean and Agile Certified is an added advantage
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience
