Customer Advocate Strategist

We are seeking a Customer Advocate Strategist for our PR/Marketing Department, who will help create this culture of customer excellence via responsibility for designing and implementing the company’s process for identification and response to customer feedback, whether good or bad.

Responsibilities:

In this newly created role, the Customer Advocate will:

  • Identify current company processes and procedures
  • Evaluate current and potential new monitoring resources
  • Work with dependent teams  (Customer Service, Operations, Social Media, Legal and others as needed) to create Fareportal Customer Advocacy Strategy
  • Work with Marketing Communications Team to create language
  • Implement Customer Advocacy Strategy
  • Work on implementing Initial – Situation Assessment, Phase 2 – Research/evaluation
  • Phase 3 and Ongoing – Development and implementation of comprehensive customer advocacy strategy in collaboration with VP, Branding
  • Execute day-to-day activities as directed by VP, Branding
  • Ensure consistent use of the corporate brand and messaging across Customer Advocacy functions and platforms
  • Work with internal and external resources to direct visual creative, including print and video, as required
  • Assist with event planning and execution as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships as needed
  • Other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

Background

  • Bachelor's degree and/or significant related field experience in telemarketing operations, communications, and customer experience management
  • 5-7 years minimum experience in telemarketing/operations/communications environment
  • Solid knowledge and skills with related applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of communication tools and resources (website, etc.)
  • Experience with Call Center Operations
  • Familiarity with PR/Marketing communications principles
