As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you will be a member of our highly visible CRO Team, which falls under the world-class Fareportal Technology Group. This group is responsible for creating industry-leading digital products enjoyed by millions of consumers across the globe. You will be responsible for owning the A/B testing strategy in the mobile arena.

Responsibilities

  • Digital product management, ideally focusing on mobile web
  • Defining and executing a CRO roadmap based on business vision, market trends, CRO best practice, customer feedback, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience conducting A/B tests, which includes:
    • Building test roadmaps
    • Constructing individual test plans
    • Utilizing major analytics platforms to inform data-backed hypotheses
    • Benchmarking
    • Leading teams to generate design mockups, write copy, develop code, and load tests into a major testing platform
    • Analyzing the data from test results
    • Making recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Lead designers and developers to help in test execution
  • Design and deliver both formal and informal presentations to groups of all sizes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital experience, with at least two of those specializing in CRO. 
  • Proven experience defining and executing a CRO roadmap based on business vision, market trends, CRO best practice, customer feedback, and analytics.
  • 2+ years leading designers and developers to help in test execution.
  • 2+ years of CRO expertise in vetting ideas, test prioritization, writing hypotheses and ensuring efficient execution of test plans that adhere to the proper methodology.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting A/B testsStrong analytical skills and hands-on experience with major analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one major testing platform (Optimizely, SiteSpect, Adobe, etc.)
