Responsibilities:

In a typical day, you will:

  • The right candidate will be responsible for complete employee relations handling .
  • Taking care of end to end Employee Engagement activities (SKIPS, IJP'S ,Fun Activities,PMS)
  • Responsible for Retention and Exit formalities. 
  • Taking care of R&R or complete Employee engagement activities .
  • Birthday Celebrations, Employee welcome, Employee farewell arrangements.


Requirements:

 

Skills :

  • Experience working on a large BPO / KPO setup into ER domain with major expertise into employee Grievances,Employee relations,Attrition management. 
  • Experience working on any supervision,policies,IJP's etc.

 

Background : 

  • Graduate or Equivalent Experience.
  • 4-7 Years of total experience.
