As we continue to grow at a remarkable pace, we are in need of a data-driven Global Research Associate to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting research at all levels of the global organization in our newly formed Pune Center of Excellence. 

The Recruitment Sourcer’s role requires he/she to discover top candidates and develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure recruiting efforts are being supported from a Fareportal Fundamental standpoint.

A systematic, organized work ethic paired with the ability to independently process ideas and implement data driven processes is what will separate you from all the other viable candidates.

Recruitment Sourcer

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the NY Talent Acquisition team to develop innovative and world class research strategies that produce a continuous pipeline of top tier candidates.
  • Assist our NY Recruiters on sourcing for roles based out of NY
  • Leverage sourcing channels and market intelligence to identify, qualify, build, and maintain long-term relationships to deliver the future leaders for Fareportal.
  • Proactively source passive candidates via targeted talent mapping, database searching, networking, research, and referrals.    
  • Conduct market research and create innovative sourcing initiatives & strategies.
  • Identifying target organizations and contacting targeted talent aligned to the most critical positions.
  • Compiling candidate profiles, reports and summaries and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Generate monthly executive sourcing activity and intelligence reports that will be reviewed and discussed with HR Leadership team and executive staff.
  • Facilitate screening/initial assessment of targeted candidates and prospects and create talent profiles that can be shared to hiring executive for consideration.
  • Engage top talent as their first point of contact with Fareportal; inspire them with your passion for our business and culture.
  • Managing multiple targeted research projects and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Enhance and drive visibility of the executive sourcing team’s service offering; Ensuring close partnership and communication with executive recruiters for maximum engagement.
  • Enhance and efficiently manage pipelines within our ATS, ensuring candidate information and Sourcer activity is systematically refreshed, tracking is rigorously detailed, current and 100% accurate.

Requirements:

reputable university degree;
experience in recruiting of IT specialists;
knowledge and experience in various search methods and techniques in IT area;
IT company or recruiting agency background would be a plus;
familiarity with local IT market;
Upper-Intermediate English level;
result-oriented;
responsible;
attentive to details;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
ability to think out of the box and provide a creative mindset.
