Job Description:

  • Monitor Agent quality on daily basis and providing timely feedbacks to agent
  • Develop & maintain quality reports
  • Find out the errors and variance analysis
  • Analyze data and identify issues/best practices
  • Ensure adherence to all process guidelines and compliance matrices

Desired Skill Set: 

  • Should be a Graduate
  • Should have prior international voice process experience in Quality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office , MS Excel
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Should be flexible to work in 24X7 environment
  • Should have a passion to work under pressure & zeal to perform
